This vacation rental villa has a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen, perfectly connected to the dining room that extends to the terrace. This extraordinary indoor entertainment space leads effortlessly to the outdoor area for dining and, of course, relaxing by the pool.

Among the six modern bedrooms, one is designed specifically for families, three double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the villa is complemented by a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. Villa Princesa offers an ideal retreat for up to 15 people to enjoy their vacation in Playa Blanca.

Guests have at their disposal high-speed Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as an assortment of games and books.

A captivating feature of this rental villa is the luxurious heated swimming pool, which covers 32 m² with a depth range of 1 m to 1.6 m, accompanied by a large whirlpool tub for six people. Sun loungers complete the poolside experience, allowing guests to enjoy the warm Playa Blanca sun all year round. The outdoor seating area, which includes a traditional Canarian stone barbecue, provides an idyllic setting to enjoy afternoons in the sun with refreshing drinks.

The beautiful Flamingo Beach, along with its variety of restaurants and bars, is just a short walk from our Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas. Just a 10-minute walk away is the center of Playa Blanca, where a multitude of charming bars and restaurants await you along the promenade.

Within a 5-minute drive there are two water parks, AquaLava Waterpark, which offers fantastic family fun.

On the other side of the road, there is a bar-restaurant, a cab stand and a supermarket.
