Villa Casa Laura is a very spacious accommodation with beautiful views of the sea and the neighboring islands, with 4 large bedrooms for 8 to 9 people with barbecue, pool heater available, parking, fiber optic speed internet, international channels, pool table, baby equipment, only 15 minutes away from Flamingo Beach! This villa offers great comfort, space for families or a group of friends.
Facilities:
This is a great resort for families with children, couples traveling together or a group of friends. Casa Laura offers a heated pool of 8 x 4 m, a terrace with many corners to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and the neighboring islands, Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura.

There is a barbecue area and a lovely sitting area, a shaded dining table to enjoy the warm weather all year round. There is a huge entertainment area on the first floor with a huge TV to watch foosball and many sofas, as well as a pool table.

There are two bedrooms on this level, one double bedroom, as well as a bedroom with three single beds. Additional baby equipment, such as a crib and high chair. On the second floor we have two large bedrooms with double beds and a total of 3 bathrooms.

There is fiber optics throughout the villa and international channels from the UK, Germany, France, etc., as well as access to Netflix.

In case you want to heat your pool during your vacations, the charge per week is 70€.

A lovely welcome package will be provided with the essentials to start your vacation.

The area is unique and you are very close to a cab stand in case you need to get into town or you can simply walk to downtown or Flamingo Beach about 15 minutes away.

Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms, as well as in the downstairs living room and upstairs dining room. The air conditioning is operated by a prepayment system, normal and sensible use of the air conditioning may require a small prepayment of €1-3 per day depending on your consumption. This can be paid directly at the establishment.
