Welcome to your peaceful getaway in the hills of Playa Blanca! Situated in a quiet residential area, this spacious villa sleeps up to 6 people and offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy and breathtaking views.

Inside, you will find an entertainment room with a pool table, books, games and a TV with streaming apps and international channels. Next to it, there is a twin bedroom (2 x 90×190 cm beds), a wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The bright open plan living-dining room invites you to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea views. There is also a second bathroom with shower.

Two more bedrooms are located on the right: another double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and direct access to the terrace.

The spacious, fully equipped separate kitchen includes several coffee-making options and opens directly onto the terrace.

Outside, enjoy your own private oasis: an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area under a pergola, 5 sun loungers and plenty of space to relax in the sun.

There is ample parking, and both the town centre and Marina Rubicon are only a 5-10 minute drive away. A car is recommended, but thanks to Playa Blanca’s excellent 24/7 taxi service, getting around is quick and easy, even without one.
