Located just a short walk from Marina Rubicón, where you will find an exclusive selection of bars, restaurants and designer boutiques by the sea, this charming holiday villa is also ideally located for access to Playa Dorada and the beaches of Costa Papagayo.

Inside, the property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite on the upper floor has a super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. From here, you can access a large upper terrace, elegantly furnished with rattan sofas, armchairs, side tables, two additional sun loungers and mood lighting, an ideal place to relax with a good book and a glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking views of Marina Rubicón and the sea as far as Fuerteventura.

The double bedroom on the ground floor overlooks the pool terrace. Comfort is enhanced by three room air conditioners (in the lounge and both bedrooms).

The open-plan lounge-dining room opens onto the outdoor terrace through glass doors. Entertainment facilities include a 55-inch LG Smart TV with over 100 channels via the internet (BBC/ITV, Sky Sports/Movies, as well as German and Scandinavian options), a Samsung Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, a Sony audio system with radio/Bluetooth/USB and a PlayStation 4 with several games.

The bright kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, the electrically heated, salt-chlorinated swimming pool (4 × 3 m; depth 1.1-1.4 m) is equipped with Roman steps and night lighting; pool/beach towels are provided. In one corner, a new four-person jacuzzi offers multiple massage settings, complemented by a six-colour lighting system, perfect for stargazing with a glass of champagne.

The night-time ambience is created by subtle lighting on the walls and in the garden, highlighting the birds of paradise. The terrace also includes an outdoor dining area, two additional sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue for cooking enthusiasts.

All household linen is provided, as well as tea towels, hand towels and bath towels. Lockable shutters on all windows and doors allow fresh air to enter while ensuring security.
