Situated just a short stroll from Marina Rubicón—home to an exclusive array of waterfront bars, restaurants, and designer boutiques—this charming holiday villa is also perfectly placed for both Playa Dorada and the beaches of Costa Papagayo.

Inside, the property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs primary suite features a super-king bed (180 × 200 cm) and a private bathroom with twin basins, a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. From here you step onto a spacious upper terrace, stylishly furnished with rattan sofas, armchairs, side tables, two additional sun-loungers, and ambient lighting—an ideal spot to unwind with a good book and a glass of wine while enjoying uninterrupted views of Marina Rubicón and across the sea to Fuerteventura.

The ground-floor twin bedroom overlooks the pool terrace. Comfort is further enhanced by three coin-operated air-conditioning units (in the lounge and both bedrooms).

An open-plan living-dining area opens via patio doors to the outdoor lounge terrace. Entertainment includes an LG 55″ Smart TV with 100+ internet channels (BBC/ITV, Sky Sports/Movies, plus German and Scandinavian options), a Samsung Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, a Sony audio system with radio/Bluetooth/USB, and a PlayStation 4 with assorted games.

The bright kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoors, the electrically heated, salt-chlorinated pool (4 × 3 m; 1.1 – 1.4 m deep) features Roman steps and night lighting; pool/beach towels are provided. Nestled in one corner, a new Jacuzzi hot tub comfortably seats four and offers multiple massage settings, complemented by a six-colour lighting system—perfect for stargazing with a glass of bubbly.

Evening ambience comes from subtle wall and garden lighting that highlights the bird-of-paradise plants. The terrace also includes an alfresco dining area, two extra sun-loungers, and a Weber gas BBQ for keen cooks.

All bedlinen, as well as tea, hand, and bath towels, are supplied. Lockable shutters on all windows and doors allow cool airflow while maintaining security.
